Britney Spears’ music catalog provides some top-notch workout tunes — as it turns out, even the pop star can’t resist pumping them while training.
In a new video she recently posted to Instagram, Spears stretches outdoors, works out with a Kettlebell and shows off her toned bod, all to the tune of «Hot As Ice» from her 2007 album Blackout.
«Beautiful day for an outdoor workout!» the caption reads.
The video follows up a recent gym mirror selfie from the 35-year-old star, where she showed off her abs with the caption «Staying focused.»
