Kanye West surprised his followers by announcing the exuberant amount of revenue he would have generated from the sale of his new device, Stem Player. The musician claims to have earned more than US$ 2.2 million in less than a day.
This comes after the rapper and producer announced this week that the only way to listen to his upcoming album, DONDA 2, will be through his Stem Player, a device that was first released in conjunction with last year’s DONDA.
«We have earned US$ 2 227 012.05 in 24 hours. God is good. Thank you guys for taking this journey,» the musician wrote on his networks during the early hours of Saturday, February 19.
According to the NME portal, one of the features of the famous player is that it «allows users to remix songs from the album using snippets of vocals, drums, bass, samples and more.»
