The spotlight of celebrity can be hard to deal with, especially when it shining twice as bright on a young Hollywood power couple.
Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner spoke to Marie Claire in a new cover story about what it’s like dating Joe Jonas, saying she’s «very happy» in their relationship but could do without the unique challenges that go along with it.
«You do feel like you’re living in a fishbowl,» she said of her public relationship with the DNCE frontman. «It’s frustrating [that] it’s the most mundane things that make the news — how boring! There are really no other headlines?»
Turner and Jonas began dating last year and have since traveled to London together to meet her parents and spent Thanksgiving with the Jonas clan at the California skiing destination Mammoth Mountain.
In the interview, Turner specifically targeted her issues with fans trying to take stealth photos.
«I find it really rude, and I will be rude back. It’s such an invasion of privacy,» she said. «I could be out with my mum on her birthday and I will ask them to delete it. I would much rather them come up and ask for a photo. I will probably be fine with it… unless I look shit!»
