A documentary about the late Mac Miller is being made by filmmaker CJ Wallis almost nine months after the rapper’s death.
The filmmaker and Jetlife Creative director took to Twitter to announce that over the next year he will “start collecting interviews & content to make the definitive @MacMiller documentary for his family, friends & fans.” The Grammy-nominated rapper died of an overdose last September.
The documentary is being produced through Margrette Bird Pictures, which is set to release The Fiddling Horse this fall. You can already stream their Price is Right documentary Perfect Bid: The Contestant Who Knew Too Much now on Netflix.
