Ashton Kutcher let it slip on the Today show Thursday morning that he and Mila Kunis‘s second child will be a boy. While talking to Savannah Guthrie, who is also expecting her second child, Kutcher opened up about his daughter Wyatt Kutcher and said she somewhat understands what’s going on with Mila’s pregnancy. «She points to Mila and she’s like, ‘baby brother’ when she points to the belly,» he said, «and then she points to dad and she goes, ‘Beer,’ so I think she gets there’s something in the belly but I don’t quite think that she knows that it’s not going to be a plastic doll yet.»
The Ranch star also confessed that he’s a little nervous about having a second kid around, even though he has plenty of experience going through raising Wyatt. «I’m a little terrified to be honest,» he admitted. «It’s intensely scary.»
But he did admit that he’s not reading every single book this pregnancy. «You have a recognition that they’re pretty durable,» he joked. «You’re not going to break them.»
Kutcher said that the cause of his stress is all the «rules» about bringing home a second child and introducing it to the older sibling.
No matter how things turn out, however, he and Mila have one common goal: to raise children «to not be an a–hole.»
«The one topic of conversation we had even prior to ever having kids was always how do you raise a child to not be an a–hole?» Mila revealed on The Kyle & Jackie O Show. «And it’s so important because we both came from pretty, pretty, solid poverty backgrounds and grew up very poor and are very much self-made and are very aware of what a dollar is worth.»
«It’s a matter of teaching them from a very early age that you know mommy and daddy may have a dollar, but you’re poor,» she said, laughing.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
