Ciara appears on the October cover of #Legend magazine, a timely choice considering the various career (and life) changes the multi-talented artist is undergoing at the moment. Currently, she’s busy juggling her music, marriage, a new modeling career, and above all else, motherhood.
On the fashion front, Ciara recently became Topshop USA’s Brand Ambassador and also entered into a partnership with IMG Models — a profession she said she has always wanted to pursue. The new additions to her impressive resume haven’t deterred her musical career, though, as she’s already working on a new album.
«It’s something I’m taking my time on,» she says in the article. «I want to make sure that I put myself in every part of it, all my creative thoughts, feelings, everything on this album.»
Though she also says she’s not ready to share any creative details regarding the album, she appears happy to dish about her recent marriage to Russell Wilson — «I’m definitely still floating» — and motherhood, saying that being a mom is one of the best of her many jobs, and that «being a mom is part of what motivates me in my every day life.»
