Lauren Jauregui is part of the Femme It Foward project with a song called While I’m Alive, part of the album Big Femme Energy Volume 1. The work is part of a music and entertainment company led by women to promote intersectional feminism and opportunities among young racialized women. The album was released last July 9, but has just released its making off showing images of the artists who participated in it, as is the case of Lauren Jauregui or other R&B artists such as Kiana Ledé or Tayla Parx.
The former Fifth Harmony member has always been active in the fight for social causes such as feminism, LGTBIQ+ or racism. A little less than a month ago, she launched her own podcast about mental health, paying homage to spirituality. In the artist’s own words, it is a space for reflection and honesty. The podcast offers a vision of a new Earth and serves to take care of the mind, body and spirit.

It is not a project open to everyone, for the moment, but is only available through the Patreon platform, where a subscription is required and a new program is released every Tuesday.
In November last year, she released her first studio album, Prelude. An album in which the artist gets naked, emotionally speaking, and of which she feels very proud.
